Jody Tirone
Jody’s interest in real estate was borne out of her childhood immersion in her father’s real estate business. Watching him serve over the years fueled her desire to follow in his footsteps and become a Realtor that provides impeccable service for her clients.
Today, Jody is an enthusiastic leader in the Atlanta residential real estate market, with an impressive track record of successful sales and happy clients. Her market expertise, excellent communication skills, tough negotiating, and organized approach help ease her clients through what can be a stressful time in their lives. Jody treats her clients like family, so it is no wonder her business is driven almost exclusively by referrals.
Upon graduating from The Ohio State University, Jody worked at FOX Sports as a production manager. Her experience with managing live sporting events has translated to an ability to effortlessly manage the many details of a real estate transaction. When not working, Jody enjoys living in Alpharetta with her two sons, and her beloved King Charles Cavaliers.

Tammy Weaver
Tammy Weaver’s extensive real estate knowledge comes from a firsthand perspective. She has been working, playing, and living in North Atlanta for over 30 years, making her a trusted resource on all things in our diverse and growing area. She fully understands that clients are not only buying a home, but making a lifestyle and investment decision.
Tammy’s background in Big 4 Public Accounting, consulting, sales, and marketing has provided her with a unique, professional skill set. This translates into expert negotiating, resourcefulness, and an analytical approach which benefits both buyers and sellers. The combination of Tammy’s professional skills and her ability to connect with clients and uncover their true needs means that she will expertly guide you to the finish line while ensuring that you achieve your goals.
After graduating from the University of Tennessee in 1992, Tammy fell in love with the Atlanta area and she and her family have called North Atlanta home ever since. She is active at North Point Community Church and serves in other local organizations. In her downtime, Tammy enjoys travel, reading, spending time with her husband, two sons, and her rescue dog Costa.
